Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://lucerosjunkhaul.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Junk Removal, Furniture Hauling, Debris Cleanup, Concrete Demolition, Material Delivery, Material Relocation provided by Lucero's Junk-Haul. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://lucerosjunkhaul.com is the property of Lucero's Junk-Haul or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Lucero's Junk-Haul disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Lucero's Junk-Haul's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Lucero's Junk-Haul against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Modifications. Lucero's Junk-Haul may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
